By using Dot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dot is a Figma plugin that allows users to record voice narration synchronized with design viewport movements. The Service includes a web application for audio recording and account management.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. To access premium features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 2-week free trial of premium features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you may subscribe to continue using premium features.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. Audio recordings are stored in your Figma files, not on our servers. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
